950 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 950 platform. By registering for or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 950 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 950 platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue using our platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 950 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 950 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone who does not meet this age requirement is prohibited from registering or using our services.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 950 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and must update it whenever any changes occur.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 950 platform, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity;
- Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account;
- Distributing offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes on third-party rights, through the platform;
- Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation or operations of the 950 platform.
950 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 950 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods, including approved e-wallets and internet banking services available in Malaysia.
Deposits into your account will be credited upon successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the state of the banking system. 950 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.
For withdrawal requests, your account must be fully verified, including any required identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's policies and set limits. 950 reserves the right to hold or delay transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering until an investigation is complete.
Any refunds or transaction cancellations are subject to the policies in effect at the time the transaction was made. Users are advised to read the specific terms relating to bonuses and promotions before accepting any offer, as wagering requirements may apply.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. 950 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including gaming losses, which are risks assumed by the user.
950's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 950 platform are the exclusive property of 950 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without express written permission from 950.
Unauthorised use of 950's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 950 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 950 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Account Suspension, Termination & Amendments
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
950 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: multiple account registrations, fraud, use of bots, fraudulent payments, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any remaining account balance. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be terminated after a notice is sent to the user's registered email.
Amendments & Governing Law
950 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal proceedings.
